What's so ridiculous about the Ridiculous Farm?
Well, it's a micro farm. Like a teeny tiny plot of land in the middle of suburbia - that also includes my house.
Over the last 12 years, I have learned to grow more and more in a tiny space. I grow veggies, fruits, herbs, flowers and shrubs together in a space that has to be livable for my family that includes a growing boy and a dog.
Not only did this space need to be beautiful, but I also wanted it to be as sustainable as possible where we use organic gardening methods, compost, and save seeds.
You can feed your family delicious things.

Is this an in person workshop?
No, this is a live ONLINE workshop using Zoom. Once you sign up, you will receive a link to join us. And since it's online, that means you can join from anywhere!
Do we need to have experience starting seeds?
No! This workshop is for beginners who want to learn the different ways to start seeds so they can see what's best for their situation. I want this to be accessible for everyone to be able to grow food.

Is there a large investment to get started with seeds?
There doesn't have to be! Of course the garden center wants to sell you something but you can start with just some soil, seeds and containers saved from recycling. I will show you how!
